The phase between outputs is designed at 180 degrees.
It can be found that the thickness of the ring is not constant because the degree of coupling is not 3 dB.
The degree of coupling at 5.6 GHz is 5 dB and isolation is efficiently afforded according to the graph.
Dimensions are designed with consideration of the discontinuous component of the Tee junction.  
It can be changed to a round corner at the circuit editor side if necessary.

This is an example of design of a 1.2 GHz and 3 dB branch line with micro strip.
It can be found that the degree of coupling is 3 dB and isolation is efficiently afforded according to the graph.
Dimensions are designed with consideration of the discontinuous component of the Tee junction.

This is an example of design of a coupled coupler with the degree of coupling at 15 dB at 10 GHz.
It can be found that the degree of coupling is 15 dB and isolation is efficiently afforded according to the graph.
